The AD8604 is a quad, rail-to-rail, input and output, single-supply amplifier featuring very low offset voltage and wide signal bandwidth. The amplifier uses a new, patented trimming technique that achieves superior performance without laser trimming. It operates on a 3V to 5V single supply
